THE FOOD PROJECT
Support that nourishes, with dignity.
If you’re struggling to afford food or essential household items, we can help.
What we offer:
Llanelli Foodbank (referral-based emergency food parcels)
Care Packages with toiletries and household basics
Pay-What-You-Can Community Meals
Access to surplus food through our Community Shop
Free snacks and refreshments at our Warm Hub sessions
Available through Community Life Hubs & The Community Table.
MONEY SUPPORT PROJECT
Guidance for when finances feel overwhelming.
Whether you’re in debt, confused about benefits, or just need a helping hand budgeting, we’ll support you with understanding and confidentiality.
What we offer:
One-to-one support through our Money Support Project
Budgeting advice and benefit help
Drop-ins with CMA Connect
Signposting for housing, legal aid, and grants
Available through drop-ins and by appointment.
No judgement, just practical help.
COMMUNITY CONNECTIONS
Because your health & wellbeing matters too.
You are not alone. If you're feeling isolated, anxious, or just in need of friendly connection, we offer safe spaces to be heard, seen, and supported.

Mental Health Drop-In sessions
Friendship Centre (Wednesday & Friday)
Dance & Movement Classes (Over 55s)
Community Conversations Coffee Mornings
No referral needed—just turn up.
PATHWAYS PROJECT
Learning that builds hope and independence.
We offer supportive and engaging workshops that help you learn, grow, and move forward with confidence.
What we offer:
Creative Groups (art, crafts, colouring)
Volunteering opportunities across all projects
Supportive pathways to independence
Learn at your pace, in your way, with others who care.
MYRTLE HOUSE NURSERY
Support for families, from little ones to grandparents.
Raising a family is hard - especially when times are tough. We're here to support you with care that strengthens families.
What we offer:
Myrtle House Nursery (ages 0–4)
Parent & Toddler Groups (0–4s with parents, grandparents & carers)
Food, care packages & wellbeing support where needed
Referrals to partner services for housing, finances & emotional support
