Dance & Movement Class for Over 55's

Grace, strength, and joy—at any age

Movement and Wellbeing

Every Friday morning, Myrtle House comes alive with gentle music, friendly faces, and joyful movement—all thanks to our Dance & Movement Class for Over 55s, led by the wonderful Frances Flower.

As part of our Friendship Centre, these sessions offer a welcoming space where seniors can stretch, strengthen, and simply enjoy moving again—in good company and at a comfortable pace.

Whether you're looking to improve mobility or just add a little sparkle to your week, this class is for you.
