Forging strong connections with businesses, workplaces and groups throughout Llanelli
Building Stronger Communities, Together
Myrtle House has been at the heart of community since 2004, and has grown into a vibrant centre of care and connection - home to community initiatives like Myrtle House Nursery, the Community Table, and Llanelli Foodbank.
Over the years, we've built trusted partnerships with local businesses, workplaces, and community groups across Llanelli and Carmarthenshire. We believe partnerships have the power to transform lives - whether it’s through fundraising, donating, volunteering, or simply spreading the word.
From sharing your time or resources, to offering practical support or skilled expertise, every act of kindness strengthens our mission to serve those most in need.
Whatever you give - your support will go directly toward bringing hope, help, and lasting change in our community. Let’s keep making a difference together.
Our Services
-
Through The Food Project we provide emergency food support, community meals, and welcoming Community Life Hubs. Food support is always offered with dignity and linked to wider support, connection, and pathways forward.
-
Our Money Support Project supports individuals and families to improve financial stability through a wraparound, person-centred approach. This includes help with budgeting, debt and welfare matters, and navigating systems, integrated with food support, wellbeing provision, and community connection.
-
The Community Connections project helps to reduce isolation and support mental wellbeing through peer-led groups, creative activity, and welcoming spaces where people can connect and belong.
-
At Myrtle House Nursery we support families through high-quality childcare and parent and toddler provision, recognising the importance of early support for children’s development, parental wellbeing, and long-term resilience.
